摘 要:目的观察不同提取方法以及酸、碱、反复冻融对水蛭等3种中药抗凝活性的影响。方法以TT为指标,考察不同提取方法,以及酸、碱和反复冻融法对水蛭、土鳖虫、蜈蚣提取液中抗凝物质的影响。结果冷浸法抗凝活性明显优于煎煮法和冻融法,其抗凝活性不受pH影响,经酸碱处理后TT无明显变化(P>0.05),土鳖虫、蜈蚣提取液的凝血酶时间与冻融次数无关(P>0.05),水蛭凝血酶时间易受冻融次数影响(P<0.05)。结论3种提取方法以冷浸法提取最优,酸碱和反复冻融影响其药抗凝活性。Objective To study the effect of different extractions on anticoagulating active components from Hirud, Eupolyphagaseu Steleophaga and Centipede. Method The different extractions were investigated with the index of thrombin time (TT) to measure the effects on the stability of anticoagulating active components from Hirud, Eupolyphagaseu Steleophaga and Cen- tipede with alkali, acid and repeated unfreezing.Results The anticoagulating activity with cold soaking was better than that with disposed by acid-base, was not c decocting and unfreezing, it was not affected by Ph and TT, hanged(P〉0.05). The thrombin time of extract from Eupolypha- gaseu Steleophaga and Centipede was unrelated to the times of unfreezing (P〉0.05), but the thrombin time from Hirud was related to that (P〉0.05). Conclusions The best methods is immersed solution and The thrombin time is easily effected by repeated unfreezing and pH.
