摘  要:目的研究敬钊毒素-V对大鼠术后疼痛模型中机械性异常疼痛的影响。方法首先建立大鼠术后疼痛模型,并将造模大鼠随机分为生理盐水组、吗啡组和JZTX-V实验组,每组8只,然后采用von Frey细丝法测量各组大鼠的机械刺激缩爪阈值。结果与生理盐水组比较,肌肉注射5.4 mg/kg吗啡产生了明显的镇痛效果,作用时间持续2.5 h;实验显示肌肉注射500μg/kg JZTX-V具有明显的镇痛作用(P<0.01),持续时间长达4.5 h,比吗啡作用时间延长至少2 h。结论JZTX-V对大鼠术后疼痛模型中机械性异常疼痛具有显著的镇痛效果。Objective To study the effects of intramuscular administration of JZTX-V on mechanical allodynia in rats model with postoperative pain. Methods The rat models with postoperative pain were established firstly and the rats were randomly divided into three groups as saline group, morphine group and JZTX-V group, 8 rats per group. Then the mechanical withdrawal thresholds of rats in each group were measured with the von Frey method. Results Compared with the saline group, evident analgesic effects were detected after intramuscular administration of 5.4 mg/kg morphine (P〈0.01), and the acting time lasted 2.5 h; and the same analgesic effects in intramuscular administration Of 500 μg/kg of JZTX-V were showed and the effective time lasted over 4.5 h, which was at least 2 h longer than that in morphine group. Conclusion JZTX-V can obviously reduce the mechanical aUodynia in rat models with postoperative pain.
