补肾益精合剂的制备及临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究补肾益精合剂的制备工艺和质量标准,观察其临床疗效。方法:采取水提醇沉法制备合剂,按药典规定制定质量控制标准,对主药进行薄层色谱鉴别,并对110例患者采用全自动精液分析仪进行治疗前、后精液分析。结果:制剂质量稳定,经补肾益精合剂治疗后患者精子活动率、快速活动率及各项运动指标较前有显著提高,未见不良反应。结论:该制剂处方设计合理,制备工艺简单,质量可控,临床疗效显著。Objective： To study the Yijing Bushen mixture preparation process and quality standards .to observe its clinical efficacy. Method： Ethanol Mixture Preparation by Pharmacopoeia to develop quality control standards .the main drug for TLC .and 110 cases of patients with the use of fully automated semen analyzer before and after treatment semen analysis. Results： The quality is stable formulations by Bushen Yijing mixture after treatment in patients with sperm activity rate ,rapid rate. and various sports activities over the previous indicators have markedly improved, no ad- verse reactions. Conclusions ：The prescription formulations designed,easy preparation .quality control .clinical efficacy significantly.
