摘　　要：目的:比较不同剂量阿托伐他汀钙对血脂正常急性心梗PCI术后患者脂联素水平的影响。方法:入选82例血脂正常的急性心梗单支血管完全闭塞PCI术后患者分为A组28例、B组27例、C组27例,给予阿托伐他汀钙片A组20mg,一次/日,B组40mg,一次/日,C组80mg,一次/日,疗程均为十二周,用药前及用药后分别测定血清脂联索水平。结果:用药后血清脂联素水平,B组较A组升高(P<0.05),C组又较B组明显升高(P<0.05),三组降低血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)与总胆固醇(TC)的作用相似(P>0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀钙能升高血脂正常急性心梗PCI术后患者的血清脂联素水平,且呈剂量依赖性。Objective：To compare the effect of different doses of atorvastatin on serum level of adiponectin in patients of acute myocardial infarction （AMI） with normal serum lipid received percutaneeus coronary intervention （PCI）. Methods： 82 AMI patients with normal serum lipid received PCI indicating single coronary artery occluded were randomized into A group （ n = 28,20mg, qd）, B group （ n = 27,40mg, qd ） and C group（n =27,80mg,qd）. Serum adiponectin was remeasured after 12 weeks. Results： The serum level of adiponeetin in B group was higher than A group（ P 〈 0.05 ）and lowered than C group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The effect of atorvastatin on lowering LDL-C and total cholestrol in three groups were not different. Conclusion ： Atorvastatin could increase dose-dependently the serum adiponectin level in AMI patients with normal serum Lipid received PCI.
