慢性复合式应激对雄性小鼠生育能力的影响及中药的干预作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性复合式应激3周对雄性小鼠生育能力的影响以及中药的干预作用。方法:昆明种雄性小鼠随机分为正常组、应激组、应激加六味地黄丸组、应激加加味逍遥丸组。将心理应激和束缚、尾悬挂、站台、夹尾搏斗五种应激方法随机安排到3w内,每天一种应激方法,相邻两天不重复。自应激之日起开始喂药,观察行为;于末此应激后第二天,取血清、睾丸、精子进行各项分析。结果:五种应激方法组成的复合式应激方式能显著降低应激组动物的体重增长率、精子活率和精子大小,病理分析睾丸生精上皮的各项评价指标和管腔精子量明显降低。精子内PH值和血清激素FSH、T水平也显著降低。两种药物对精子大小、睾丸生精上皮的排列和凋亡评分、管腔精子量及精子内PH值等指标都有显著的疗效;而六味地黄丸对精子的活率、生精上皮的分化程度、生精细胞的凋亡及血清FSH水平的影响大于加味逍遥丸。结论:五种应激模式组成的慢性复合式应激能显著改变雄性小鼠与生育有关的生理特性,使用六味地黄丸和加味逍遥丸干预后,各项指标都有不同程度的改变,其中六味地黄丸对于部分指标的影响大于加味逍遥丸。Objective ： The investigatlion on the reproductive capacity of male mice in chronic compound stress of the different time and the influence of different herhs. Methods： Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups（ normal, stress, stress and LIU WEI DI HUANG WAN, stress and JIA WEI XIAO YAO WAN）. Random arrangement this five stress methods of psychological stress, restraint,tail suspension, water platform environment and clamping tail battle into the different stress time to make chronic compound stress model and feed the mice with herbs during the whole stress period. Survey the features of the mice reproductive capacity, serum, testis and spermatozoa were tested. Results： The way of the chronic compound stress can degrade the grouth rate,the sperm count and the motility rate of the mice significantly, intraeellular PH in sperumtozoa and the content of the FSH and T step down differently. Different herhs have different influences in the recover of the mice reproductive capacity. Conclusions：The way of the chronic compound stress can change the physiological nature of the physiological nature significantly, reduce the fertility. With the influenee of the herbs, the features of the mice reproductive capacity recovered differently.
