摘　　要：本文从导游队伍职业道德、业务能力、导游形象评价与传播、导游考核与培训、导游安全与权益维护、导游队伍自身发展等方面阐述了"5.12"地震后对导游队伍建设的积极认识与新思考。In the paper, five new thoughts are elaborated for the construction of Chinese guide procession in the post - earthquake era： professional ethics, image, examination and training, safety and protecting rights and interests and the development of procession itself.
