摘　　要：在摩托车整体外观中,喷漆面约占70％。高档喷漆面(油箱、边盖和尾罩等)具有颜色多、喷漆件多、喷漆件材料不同和对漆面综合性能要求较高等特点。修复工艺为表面清洗、刮腻子、打磨、作色、照光漆和打蜡,其中作色是难点和关键。The painted areas of a motorcycle take 70% of the entire appearance. The paint coat(e. g. fuel tank,side cover and tail housing) featuring multiple colours, more painted parts, different materials with painted parts and higher comprehensive requirements when repairing needs rinsing, puttying, sanding, painting, varnishing and waxing, in which painting is the most important.
