摘 要:针对目前市场上现有的振动实验教学系统的情况,研制开发了一套振动教学实验系统。该系统基础结构刚性高,不会与振动梁发生耦合振动,有较宽的频率范围,可实现非接触激振距离微调及振动的主动控制。其组成原理反映了一般工程测试系统的要求,具有力学模型设计合理,集激振、拾振、信号处理为一体的特点,可广泛应用在机械振动学、理论力学、机械测试学等课程的教学实验以及机电产品创新设计等综合性实验中。In view of the vibration teaching system currently available in the market, a non-contact excitation fine-tuning and active control vibration teaching tester are designed in this paper. In this system the resonance frequency of the structure base is high enough not to couple with the vibration beam for wider frequency range, Furthermore, with the system of non-contact excitation, minute distance adjustment can be implemented and active control can be achieved. The principles of its composition meet the test system requirements of general engineerings. The system is characteristics of reasonable mechanics model, vibration exciting, signal acquisition, signal processing for integration and easy operation. Thus this vibration teaching tester can be used in some experiments in various courses such as mechanical vibration, theoretical mechanics mechanical test and some comprehensive experiments as well.
