摘  要:目的建立室内空气中甲醛的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法对其测定方法中涉及到的检测波长、流动相、衍生试剂、操作方法以及方法的线性范围和最低检出量、精密度和准确度等进行实验探讨。结果该方法采样效率为94%~96%,最低检出量为0.072μg,最低检出浓度为0.036mg/m3,RSD为2.6%~3.5%,回收率为92.0%~101.0。结论该方法简便、快速、灵敏、精密度好、准确度高、抗干扰能力强,可用于室内及公共场所空气中甲醛的测定,同时还可用于水和废水以及餐具洗涤剂中甲醛的分析测定。[ Objective ] To establish a determination method of formaldehyde content in indoor air by HPLC. [ Methods ] The measurements related detection wavelength, mobile phase, derived reagents, methods of operation, the linear range and the minimum detection limits, precision and accuracy, etc were investigated. [ Results] Sampling efficiency of this method was 94% - 96% , the recovery was 92.0% - 101.0%. [ Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid, sensitive, with good precision, high accuracy and strong anti-interference ability; can be used in determination of formaldehyde content in indoor air, waster water and dishwashing detergent.
