摘　　要：目的了解大庆林源地下水(厂内水与厂外水)相应的有机浓集物的致突变性及其净化效果。方法经吸附处理后的有机浓集物进行Ames试验的非代谢活化平板掺入法实验(-S9)和代谢活化平板掺入法实验(+S9)。净化处理采用颗粒活性炭过滤。结果净化前:在-S9的条件下,2种水样对TA98均有诱变性,以厂内水为强,对TA100仅有轻微的致突变作用;在+S9的的条件下,2种水样均使TA98菌株诱发回复突变菌落数与自发回复突变菌落数之比(MR)>2的最低剂量为1L/皿,对TA100菌株为阴性结果。净化后:在-S9条件下,厂内、厂外水基本都呈阴性结果,只有在最高剂量下MR值才大于2;加S9后,厂内、厂外水都呈阴性结果。结论在厂内水和厂外水中,存在有致突变性的直接致突变物和间接致突变物。净化处理后效果良好。[ Objective ] To understand the mutagenicity and purifying effect of organic extracts in groundwater （ internal plant water and external plant water） of Daqing Linyuan. [ Methods ] After adsorption, the organic extracts were conducted -S9 and ＋ S9 of A- mes test. Granular activated carbon was used to conduct purification. [ Results] Before purification： under the conditions of-S9, both 2 water samples had mutagenicity on TA98 strain, especially for internal plant water, only a slight mutagenic effect on TA100 strain ; under the conditions of ＋ S9, the minimum dose of both 2 water samples was 1L/m which caused the ratio of induced revertant mutation clones to spontaneous revertant mutation clones 〉 2 on TA 98 strain, with negative results on TA100 strain. Purified： under -S9 conditions, both internal plant water and external plant water basically showed negative results, only at high dose MR was greater than 2 ; plus S9, all showed negative results. [ Conclusion] Direct and indirect Mutagens exist in internal plant water and external plant water. The purification effect is good.
