黄喉拟水龟人工孵化技术的研究

摘　　要：通过设置不同的温度、湿度、孵化介质及黄喉拟水龟受精卵的排列方式,研究黄喉拟水龟受精卵人工孵化所需的条件。结果表明:黄喉拟水龟受精卵的孵化积温为49 896～55 660℃,最适孵化温度为25～30℃,孵化介质的含水量以8%～10%较适宜。用1:1的沙土混合物作为孵化介质孵化率最高。卵的大小及排列方式对卵的孵化率影响不明显。25℃恒温孵化时,雄性稚龟的比例为77.8%,33℃恒温孵化,雌性稚龟的比例为92.9%。Artificial incubation of Asian yellow pond turtle was studied under different temperatures, moisture content in incubation medium and arrangements of eggs.Following data were collected： accumulated temperature for incubation was 49 896 - 55 660; optimum temperature for incubation was 25 - 30℃ ; optimum moisture content in incubation medium was 8% - 10% ; incubation medium composition at the highest incubation rate, sand and mud of equal parts （50%） ; sex ratio at different incubation temperature, at 25℃, male turtle 77.8%; at 33℃, female turtle 92.9%; egg size and arrangement at incubation, no significant effect.
