驻弋壁沙漠汽车兵心理健康状况及相关因素的调查

摘　　要：目的探讨驻戈壁沙漠汽车兵心理健康状况的影响因素。方法随机整群抽样,抽取某部驻戈壁沙漠汽车兵700人,用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、状态—特质焦虑问卷(STAI)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)和自测健康评定量表(SRHMS)分别测评其心理健康水平及个性,并对心理健康状况的影响因素进行分析。结果SCL-90高分组在状态焦虑、特质焦虑、N、P分值上明显高于低分组,在E、L分值、身体症状与器官功能、身体活动功能、正向情绪、心理症状与负向情绪、认知功能、角色活动与社会适应、社会资源与社会接触及健康总体自测方面分值明显低于低分组。多元回归分析SCL-90总分与特质焦虑、神经质、身体症状与器官功能、心理症状与负向情绪及健康总体自测有相关性。结论驻戈壁沙漠汽车兵心理健康状况的影响因素依次为神经质、特质焦虑、身体症状与器官功能、健康总体自测及心理症状与负向情绪。[ Objective] To investigate the mental health status of automotive soldiers and its related factors in gobi desert-stationed army. [ Methods ] The method of random cluster sampling was adopted to select 700 automotive soldiers, the SCL-90, STAI, EPQ and SRHMS were used to evaluate the mental health and personality of them, and the related factors of mental health were analyzed. [ Results] Compared with the group with low scores of SCL-90, there were significant increases of state anxiety, trait anxiety, N and P value and significant decreases of E, L, body symptoms and organ function, body activity, positive feeling, psychological symptoms and negative feeling, cognitive function, role and adaptation, social resources and social contacts, overall self-rated health scores in group with high scores of SCL-90. Regression analysis revealed the main factors that related to SCL-90 were trait anxiety, nervousness, body symptoms and organ function, psychological symptoms and negative feelings, and overall self-rated health. [ Conclusion]The main related factors of mental health among automotive soldiers in Gobi desert - stationed army are nervousness, trait anxiety, physical symptoms and organ dysfunction, overall self-rated health and negative feelings.
