摘　　要：目的了解上海市公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生管理状况,为集中空调监管地方立法提供依据。方法采用调查表对上海市辖区内699家经营面积2000 m2以上、使用集中空调通风系统的大型公共场空调通风系统的卫生管理状况进行调查,同时对部分场所进行卫生检测。结果77%以上的集中空调通风系统未开展清洗,宾馆饭店冷却水或冷凝水合格率为56.3%,部分公共场所卫生管理存在误区,缺乏有效管理措施。结论应尽快将空调通风系统的卫生管理纳入法制化,遵循法律规范、政府监管、行业管理、企业自律、社会监督的原则,逐步提高公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生管理水平,维护公众健康权益。[Objective]To understand the status of hygienic management of centralized air ventilation systems in public places in Shanghai, and provide evidence for the local legislation of centralized air ventilation system supervision. [ Methods] A questionnaire about the status of hygienic management of air ventilation system was conducted on 699 large public places whose business areas were over 2000 square meters and where centralized air ventilation systems were used, and a hygienic test was conducted on some of the sites as well in Shanghai. [ Results] Over 77% of the centralized air ventilation systems had not been cleaned, and the qualified rate of cooling water or condensate in hotels was 56.3%. Some public places had misunderstanding about hygienic management and lack of effective management methods. [ Conclusion] The hygienic management of centralized air ventilation systems should be put into legalization as soon as possible. The hygienic management level of centralized air ventilation systems in public places should be improved step by step under law enforcement, government regulation, industry management, enterprise self-discipline and social supervision, in order to protect people＇s health fights and interests.
