摘　　要：目的探讨混合痔结扎加后位扩肛术的临床应用的效果。方法回顾性分析北京北郊肿瘤医院收住的500例混合痔病人的资料,选择的病例以中华外科协会肛肠分会,痔诊的暂行标准制定的诊断标准为依据。结果500例患者2周内100%治愈,术后7 a随访无复发无并发症。结论混合痔结扎加后位扩肛术疗效良好。[ Objective ] To explore the clinical effect of mixed hemorrhoids ligation and anal dilatation. [ Methods ] The data of 500 patients with mixed hemorrhoids in Beijing north suburb cancer hospital were analyzed retrospectively. The cases were collected accoming to the provisional diagnostic criteria of anal-intestinal subcommittee of Chinese surgical association. [ Results ] 500 （ 100% ） patients got recovery in two weeks. The patients were followed up for 7a, and there was no recurrence and complication. [ Conclusion] The effect of mixed hemorrhoids ligation and anal dilatation is good.
