摘 要:研究了在经硅烷偶联剂WD-20接枝改性的无机纳米TiO2粒子存在下的苯丙复合乳液的合成。为了得到最终涂膜硬度较高的乳液,确定了苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸、丙烯腈、甲基丙烯酸甲酯五元单体的苯丙乳液共聚体系。研究了纳米TiO2的加入量对聚合过程转化率的影响,并通过TEM、激光光散射仪和热分析仪对复合乳液乳胶粒的结构及乳液性能进行了测试及表征,结果表明,纳米TiO2粒子均匀地分散在乳胶粒中,呈现以纳米TiO2为核,有机聚合物为壳的核-壳结构;与未加纳米TiO2粒子的乳液相比,复合乳液的热稳定性提高,涂膜耐水性更好,硬度可高达H级,并且具有很好的抗菌性。The synthesis of the styrene-acrylate composite latex was studied under the existence of inorganic TiO2 nanoparticles modified by silane coupling agent WD-20 and the styrene, butyl acrylate, acrylic acid, acrylonitrile and methyl methacrylate were chosen as monomer-polymers to get harder films. The influence of the content of nano- TiO2 powders on the conversion of polyreaction was investigated. The TEM photos and the size distribution diagrams of latex particles show that nano-TiO2 particles have been embedded in latex particles and the composite latex exhibits a core-shell structure with nanometer TiO2 as core and organic polymer as shell. The composite latex exhibits higher thermal stability and better physical properties than latex without nano-TiO2 particles. Its film has such features as a water resistance time of more than 120 h, a hardness up to H grade and a better ant/bacterial nature.
