摘　　要：环渤海区域是21世纪中国最具潜力和活力的经济增长区,区域经济一体化趋势逐见端倪,港口群物流合作优势明显,但仍然存在较典型的竞争博弈和区域整合问题。要积极推进区域合作,关键在于创新合作机制,实现统一性和多样性的融合,联盟发展,协同共赢。Port logistics generally refers to the process with complete supply chain, which is able to provide users with multi-functional and integrated logistics services. With a tendency of regional integration of economy around Bohai Sea, port cluster logistics have obvious advantages in cooperation, but there is still a typical problem of game competition and regional integration. We should actively promote regional cooperation in order to realize the transition from pure competition to cooperation, establish the league of development and achieve the win-win result.
