摘  要:选用钛酸酯偶联剂对纳米氢氧化铝(nano-ATH)进行表面改性,以改善其在低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)中的分散性。研究了表面改性条件对nano-ATH/LDPE复合材料力学性能的影响,利用透射电镜(TEM)和傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)表征了nano-ATH的改性效果。结果表明,在偶联剂用量2.0wt%,改性时间20min,改性温度80℃的条件下,nano-ATH/LDPE复合材料的力学性能最好;改性后nano-ATH的分散性得以有效的改善,其表面确实包覆了偶联剂分子。Nano-ATH was modified by titanate coupling agent in order to improve its dispersion in LDPE. The effects of conditions of modification on nano-ATH/LDPE composite were studied, and the effect of modified nano-ATH was analyzed by TEM and FTIR. The results showed that the mechanical property of nano-ATH/LDPE composite was best when the nano-ATH was modified by 2. 0% coupling agent for 20min at 80℃. The dispersion of modified nano-ATH is better than that of unmodified nano-ATH, and the surface of nano-ATH was successfully encapsulated by coupling agent.
