摘 要:以纯橄岩为原料,经700℃煅烧4h,用4mol/LH2SO4于100℃处理2h,碱溶除杂后的硅酸钠中加入分散剂,控制pH=7左右,SiO2的浸取率可达91.58%。经化学分析,白炭黑中SiO2的纯度为96%;经KT-IR检测,白炭黑的化学结构为水合SiO2;经XRD分析,白炭黑为无定型结构TEM图像显示白炭黑的形貌近似球状粒子,平均粒径50nm以下。白炭黑pH值6.0~7.0,加热减量为5.92%,1000℃灼烧减量为6.12%,产品符合中国行业标准HG/T3061—1999的要求。Olivine as a raw material of producing precipitated silica was firstly calcined for 4h at 700 and treated by H2 SO4 solution with 4. 0 mol/L for 2h. After lye dissolved and removing impurities, sodium silicate added dispersant and then acidified by HC1 until the pH value of solution was up to 7, the leaching rate of SiO2 in the residue reached 91.58%. The SiO2 purity in the precipitated silica product was 96% by chemical analysis. The chemical structure of precipitated silica was hydrated silicon oxide through FT-IR analysis. The structure of precipitated silica was amorphous by XRD analysis. The TEM micrograph showed that the shape of precipitated silica particles was nearly spherical, and the average grain diameter was less than 50nm. The pH of precipitated silica was 6.0-7. 0, heating loss was 5.92%, loss on ignition at 1000 was 6.12% . The product could be comparable with the requirements of HG/T 3061-1999 industrial product standard.
