摘　　要：为补充淮海战役作战兵员,沂蒙解放区开展了参军动员运动。政治教育和思想动员是参军动员的中心环节,各地采取了自上而下、由党内到党外的动员方式,以形势教育、阶级教育、勇气教育为主要内容;在此基础上确定参军动员对象,组织参军。尽管这次参军动员不可避免地出现了违反政策的现象,但总体说来,仍是一次成功的扩军运动。In order to replenish troops for the Huaihai Campaign a movement was launched in the Yimeng Liberated Area for mobilizing the people to join the People＇ s Liberation Army. Political education and ideological mobilization formed the two central links of this campaign. All places in this area unfolded the mobilization from the Party members to the non-Party masses and from the top to the bottom focusing on education in situation, class and courage, in the course of which people were earmarked to be recruited into the army. Although violations of the policy did unavoidably occur, the mobilization was successful as a whole.
