摘 要:自上世纪90年代进入高含水开发期以来.为提高原油采收率和稳定原油产量.大庆油田工业化应用了聚合物驱技术.并相继开展了若干个三元复合驱矿藏试验,均取得了显著的提高原油采收率的效果。与以NaOH为碱剂的强碱驱油体系相比,以Na2CO3为碱剂的弱碱驱油体系三元复合驱具有表面活性剂原料来源广、油藏伤害小和采出系统结垢问题轻等优势,近年来愈加受到重视。Effects of Na2CO3,surfactant and polymer on the separation performance of ASP flooding in oil/water alkalescent system were evaluated with artificially synthetic crude oil emulsion.The major separating difficulty of ASP flooding in oil/water alkalescent system was the high carryover of oil in water separated out.Among Na2CO3,surfactant and polymer,surfactant had the most significant effect on the oil/water separation performance of reverse produced fluid based ASP flooding,followed in turn by Na2CO3 and polymer.Reverse crude oil emulsion dosed with 2000 mg/kg Na2CO3,400 mg/kg surfactant and 600 mg/kg polymer was found to have the most oil content in aqueous phase among all crude oil emulsions in the case of settle with dosages of Na2CO3,surfactant and polymer respectively in the ranges of 0 mg/kg to 4000 mg/kg,0 mg/kg to 600 mg/kg and 0 mg/kg to 600 mg/kg.
