金头闭壳龟正常心电图的初步分析

摘　　要：金头闭壳龟(Cuoraaurocapitata)是我国特产爬行动物,安徽省特有种,目前已知仅分布于皖南青弋江源头和上游的少数支流中,野生数量十分稀少,濒临灭绝,亟需进行保护.目前对金头闭壳龟的保护生物学、遗传学等的研究已有多篇报道,但鲜见对它生理学的研究,尤其对该物种心电的研究未见报道.为更好的开展对金头闭壳龟的保护,对它的心电随季节性变化研究显的尤为重要.本研究从2006年至2008年间对该物种的心电图进行了较为深入的研究,掌握了金头闭壳龟的心率和心电各波随季节性变化及交配期心率和心电变化的特点;并讨论了影响描记金头闭壳龟心电图的有关因素.在此基础上提出了优先保护金头闭壳龟的意见.The golden-headed box turtle （ Cuora aurocapitata ） is a specific species endemic to China. This species inhabits only headwaters of the Qinyi River and several of its tributaries in south Anhui province. Its wild population is very small and on the brink of extinction. They are in need of urgent protection. Many researches of the golden-headed box turtle had been reported in the field of conservation biology and genetics, but little on its physiology, especially on the electrocardiogram. To better enhance the protection of the species, it is very significant to study how its physiological indexes change with the seasons. This research focused on its electrocardiogram from 2005 to 2008. The data show： 1 ） both the variation of the heart rate and the wave of the electrocardiogram changed with the seasons clearly. 2） data of the variation of the heart rate and the wave of the electrocardiogram during the courtship period were obtained. 3） Thus supplying useful information for the study of comparative physiology and the teaching and studying of physiology. Furthermore, strategy of the priori protection was suggested on the basis of the current research.
