摘  要:汶川地震灾区震损调查具有重要意义,从地震地质、水工建筑物、重要设施设备及应急管理等方面,对汶川地震灾区大中型水电工程(装机容量30 MW以上)的震损情况进行了调查统计和初步分析。调查表明,大中型水电工程没有一座大坝溃决,未造成次生灾害,处于重灾区、极重灾区的大坝抗震性能良好,均经受住了超地震设防烈度的考验,这说明我国现行水电工程设计和建设管理是基本合适的;按照现代理论和方法,设计建设的高土石坝和高混凝土坝是安全可靠的。The investigation on the seismic damage in Wenchuan Earthquake area is of significance. The investigation statistics and preliminary analysis on the seismic damage of large and medium-sized hydropower projects (the installed capacity is more than 30MW) were carried out in the aspects of seismic geology, hydraulic structures, essential facilities and equipment, and emergency management. The investigation results showed that no dam has been devastated and no secondly disaster engendered. All of dams have good seismic performance in the harder-hit area and withstood the seismic intensity that exceeds the design intensity. It has also showed that the current design and construction management on the hydropower projects are reasonable. Based on the modern theories and methods, the design and construction of the high earth-rock dam and concrete dam is safe and reliable.
