摘　　要：从事实与数据出发，分析了期租船人的营运特点与海洋气象导航之间的关系，从而论述了期租船人在航运经营中使用海洋气象导航的优势及必要性。Based on facts and figures,this paper analyses the relationship between time charterers' characteristic and optimum track ship routing,thus illustrating the advantages and necessity for time charterers to use optimum track ship routing in international shipping.
