摘  要:目的探讨煎药次数及器具对煎药质量的影响。方法以5个处方中的有效成分为指标,对高温高压煎药机和砂锅不同煎药次数下制得的汤剂有效成分煎出率进行比较。结果高温高压煎药机两煎煎出率比一煎高47.1%~65.9%。与砂锅两煎煎出率比较,其一煎、两煎煎出率分别为砂锅的63.5%~92.1%、111.1%~137.5%。高温高压煎药机一煎、两煎与砂锅两煎煎出率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论高温高压煎药机一煎煎出率略低于砂锅两煎,其两煎煎出率则高于砂锅两煎,故采用高温高压煎药机两煎更有利于药物有效成分的煎出。Objective To study the influence of decocting times and instrument on the quality of decoction. Methods Taking the effective ingredients of five formulas as the indices to compare the decocting rate of the effective ingredients in the decoction of high temperature and high pressure decoction machine and clay pot in different decocting times. Results The deeocting rate of two-time deeocting of the decoction machine was 47.1%-65.9%higher than that of one-time decoeting. Compared with the deeocting rate of two-time decocting of clay pot, the deeoeting rate of one-time deeocting and two-time decocting of decoction machine was 63.5%- 92. 1%, 111. 1%- 137.5% of clay pot respectively. Compared with the decoeting rate of two-time deeoeting of clay pot, there was signif- icant difference in the deeocting rate of one time decocting and two-time decocting of decoction machine (P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01). Conclusion The decocting rate of one-time decocting of decoction machine is slightly lower than that of the two-time decoeting of clay pot, but the deeocting rate of two-time deeocting is higher than that of clay pot. Therefore two-time decocting with decoction machine is better on getting more effective ingredients.
