利福定与复方磺胺甲噁唑联合应用对老年压疮患者疗效的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨利福定联合复方磺胺甲噁唑（百炎净）治疗老年压疮患者的临床疗效。方法将120例老年压疮患者随机分为治疗组60例（80处）和对照组60例（75处），创面给予常规清创处理后，实验组用利福定、百炎净片剂按1：1的比例混合磨成粉剂直接覆盖，对照组直接覆盖百炎净。结果实验组平均愈合时间为（8．72±0．32）d，较对照组愈合时间（12．31±0．54）d明显缩短（P〈0．05），同时实验组换药次数明显减少（P〈0．05）；实验组患者的疼痛程度减轻明显（P〈0．05）。结论利福定联合百炎净治疗压疮能够明显缩短创面愈合时间、减少换药次数，并使疼痛得到有效缓解。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Rifandin combined with BaiYannet in treating pressure sore in the elderly. Methods 120 patients having pressure sores were included in this study. The patients were divided into two groups randomly, the treatment or experimental group and the control group. After debridement, the pressure wound in the experimental group was covered with a powder of Rifandin and BaiYannet film mixed and grounded at the ratiof of 1 ： 1. The control group was only covered with BaiYannet film. Results After treatment, the average healing time of the experimental group is （8.72 ± 0.32） days, much shorter than that of the control group, （ 12.31 ± 0.54 ） days （ with P 〈 0.05 ）. At the same time, the frequency of dressing change was significantly reduced in the experimenal group （ with P 〈 0. 05 ）. In experimental group, the degree of pain of the patients was also reduced （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Rifandin dressing combined with BaiYannet film can, in the treatment of the pressure sore, shorten the healing time of wound, reduce the frequency of dressing change and have the effect of pain attenuation.
