摘　　要：目的探讨美国Jackson翻身手术床用于脊柱后路手术的体位管理模式，提高护理质量。方法分析102例应用翻身手术床脊柱后路手术术中体位护理，总结护理特点。结果手术体位的摆放均达到医生的满意的效果，无一例负损伤。结论手术中患者体位的护理配合是手术成功的重要保障之一，优质的体位护理可以有效的保证患者手术安全。Objective The objective is to approach the administration mode of patient＇ s position during spine operation from posterior approach using Jackson operating table to improve clinical care quality of nurses. Methods 102 cases of spine operations from posterior approach using Jackson operating table were analyzed here to summarize the features of clinical care. Results All the patients＇ intra-operative positions satisfied the surgeons and no complications appeared. Conclusions Intra-operative position of patient was an important factor under nurses＇ cooperation to ensure a success of operation. High quality of position care can ensure the intraoperative safety of patients effectively.
