摘  要:目的寻找省时、经济、安全的气管内套管清洗方法,提高护理工作效率。方法应用浸泡预消毒,再清洗的方法,观察消佳净组、多酶清洁液组、双氧水组、常规方法组各30例,比较气管内套管清洁前及消毒后染菌量、洗净所需时间及成本。结果4种不同方法清洗前内套管染菌情况均较严重,各组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);每种清洗方法洗净的时间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。消毒后内套管染菌情况无差异。消佳净组、多酶清洁液组、双氧水组与常规组之间消毒成本比较,消佳净成本最低。结论消佳净组、多酶清洁液组、双氧水组能不同程度地减少气管内套管洗净时间,尤以消佳净组及多酶清洁液组为佳,双氧水组稍差;但多酶清洁液成本最贵,消佳净成本最低,值得在临床推广。Objective To seek a time-saving, economical and safe method on cleaning and disinfecting endotracheal tubes, to improve nursing work efficiency. Methods The endotracheal tubes were divided into four groups, which were sterilized by Xiaojiajing solution, 3% hydrogen peroxide solution, rapid multi-enzyme cleaner in advanced and regular method respectively. Each group include 30 tubes. The germ contaminations and flora distribution of endotracheal tubes, as web as cost and time of each method were analized before and after disinfection. Results Before sterilization, the germ contaminations were insignificantly different between four groups (P 〉 0. 05 ). The sterile effects of the four groups were statistically insignificant ( P 〉 0. 05 ). However, the time-consuming with Xiaojiajing solution, 3% hydrogen peroxide solution and rapid multi-enzyme cleaner was obviously shorter compared with the regular method ( P 〈 0. 05 ), Xiaojiajing solution group cost the least. Conclusions The methods with xiaojiajing solution, hydrogen peroxide solution and rapid multi-enzyme cleaner can shorten the time compared with the regular method in different degree. Considering the costeffectiveness, rapid multi-enzyme cleaner has a good effect but expensive, hydrogen peroxide solution was relatively longer but cheaper and Xiaojiajing solution was cheapest method overall, which is worthy to be usedf in the hospital.
