摘  要:通过对蒸压灰砂砖砌体进行抗压强度、抗剪强度和弯曲抗拉强度试验等基本力学性能试验后,取得了试验数据,为编制湖南省工程建设地方标准《蒸压灰砂砖建筑技术规程》提供了试验依据.同时,通过对试验数据、试验现象进行试验和理论分析,得出了结论:在抗压试验中,随着砂浆强度的增大,砌体的开裂荷载与极限荷载接近;除沿通缝弯曲抗拉强度试验平均值明显低于规范值外,其他各项强度试验平均值均大于规范值;砂浆与砌块的强度存在着最优组合的特点;蒸压灰砂砖砌体弯曲抗拉强度试验值与规范值之间存在着较大差别.Experimental data are obtained by autoclaved sand-lime brick masonry, which gives a series of fundamental mechanical properties such as compression strength experimental, shear strength experimental, curved tensile strength experimental tests,it provids the experimental basis for writing Hunan Province engineering construction local standard" technical specification for autoclaved sand-lime brick masonry building", and the author has drawn the following con- clusion through the experimental and theoretical analysis on experimental data and experimental phenomena:In the compression experiment with mortar intensity increasing, the masonry's ripping load and limit load is approaching. Except that the experimental average value is lower than the value of standardized formula for calculating obviously along exchanging the curved tensile strength experiment, other various intensity experimental average values are greater than that of standard formula. Mortar strength and the brick strength exist optimum characteristics. There is a bigger difference between the experimental average value and the value of standardized formula for calculating autoclaved sand-lime brick masonry of curved tensile strength of masonry.
