全自动血细胞分析仪XE-2100与XS-1000i的比较分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解全自动血液分析仪XE-2100与XS-1000i静脉血自动进样模式检测结果有无差别。[方法]采集EDTA-K2抗凝静脉全血对2台仪器进行精密度及相关性和准确性的检测。[结果]精密度测定,2台仪器均在设定范围内,相关性检测,2台仪器血细胞计数各参数中嗜碱细胞比率(BOSO%)相关系数(r)0.4093,其余各参数的r﹥0.9395,2台仪器检测结果经均数t检验,除单核细胞比率(MONO%)BOSO%差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)外,白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(HCT)、血小板(PLT)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、中性粒细胞比率(NEU%、)淋巴细胞比率(LYM%)、嗜酸细胞比率(EO%)差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]掌握不同仪器的使用特点和检测结果的一致性及准确性十分重要。[Objective] To understand the difference between automatic blood cell cytoanalyzer of XE-2100 and XS- 1000i. [Methods] Sampled EDTA-K2 blood to test the sensitivity and accuracy with the two machines. [ Results] Accuracy test： the two machines were both within the settled scope. Related test： basophil ratio （BOSO%）, related index （r） 0.4093, the others, r 〉 0.939 5, there were no obvious differences in white blood corpuscle, red blood corpuscle, hemoglobin, hematocrit, platelet count, mean corpuscular volume, mean corpuscular hemoglobin, mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration, neutrophil ratio, lymphocyte ratio and eosinophil ratio, except a slight difference in monocyte ratio （MONO%） BOSO% （P〈 0.01 ）. [Corlclusion] It is very important to master the usage of different machines and the accuracy of their testing results
