摘　　要：目的分析吸烟对精神分裂症患者抗精神病药物副作用的影响，探索精神分裂症高吸烟率的可能原因。方法收集慢性精神分裂症男性吸烟和非吸烟患者共427例，其中吸烟患者332例，非吸烟患者95例。使用锥体外系副作用反应量表（ARatingScaleforExtrapyramidalSideeffects，RSE—SE）评价患者抗精神病药物的副作用。结果精神分裂症吸烟和非吸烟组在RSESE总分及其各分条目得分上的差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论精神分裂症患者的高吸烟率可能与吸烟对抗精神病药物副作用的影响无关。Objective To analyze the effect of cigarette smoking on antipsychotic side effects in male patients with chronic schizophrenia, and to understand one of the possible reasons of higher rate of smoking behavior in schizophrenia. Methods 427 male patients with chronic schizophrenia were collected, which include 332 smokers and 95 non--smokers; The Rating Scale for Extrapyramidal Side effects （RSESE） was used to evaluate antipsychotic sic[e effects of all subjects. Results There were no signifi- cant differences in total scores of RSESE between smoking group and non--smoking group, and no significant differences were also found in each item scores of the scale between them （P 〉0.05）. Conclusions It appears that cigarette smoking has no effects on antipsychotic side effects of patients with schizophrenia, which might not be one of mechanisms for higher rate of smoking behavior in schizophrenia.
