摘　　要：本文介绍了胜利油田草20区块水平井钻井的施工难点、施工过程采取的技术措施及井眼轨迹控制方法。对施工难点进行分析和总结,提出了技术措施,得到了一些重要的结论和建议,对该区块油藏开发提供了施工经验。This text introduced the difficults of the block of Cao20 horizontal well drilling in Shengli Oilfield, the technique measure that construction process adopted and the well path control methods. Carry on the analysis and summaries towards start construction a little bit difficultly, put forward the technique measure, get some important conclusions and suggest, provide the experience of construction to develop this block reservior.
