摘　　要：分析了国内石油企业投资成本管理现状、存在的问题及国外石油公司以储量价值管理为核心的经营管理方式的做法,提出了国内石油企业转变经营管理方式、改进投资成本管理的建议。The article analyzes investment cost management status in domestic petroleum enterprises,existing problems as well as foreign oil companies' practice of using reserves value management as the core of operation and management mode and puts forward some suggestions for domestic petroleum enterprises to change operation and management mode and improve investment cost management.
