摘　　要：磷脂氢谷胱苷肽过氧化酶(phospholipid hydroperoxide glutathione peroxidase,PHGPx)是硒谷胱苷肽过氧化酶家族中独特的一员,它不仅具有GPx的抗氧化作用,还具有清除生物膜内及其脂蛋白质上酯脂过氧化物的作用,还是构成精子的结构蛋白,在细胞调亡中也发挥重要作用。作者综述了PHGPx的生物学功能、结构特征、分布、组织表达及分子水平上表达调控的研究进展。Phospholipid hydroperoxide glutathione peroxidase （PHGPx） is a unique member of the selenium-dependent glu- tathione peroxidases in mammals with multifunctional function. It acts as a reducing enzyme of peroxidized phospholipids and thiols and as a structural protein~ it plays a pivotal role in apoptosis. The progresses of the function, molecular characteristic, tissue expression and regulation of expression were previewed in the article.
