摘 要:随着世界贸易规模和范围的不断扩展,地理标志的经济价值日益显现,与此同时许多国家也相应加强了对地理标志产品的保护。中国对地理标志的保护还处于起步阶段,在地理标志平行保护模式;地理标志与地名商标发生冲突及宣传力度和监管力度等方面存在不到位现象。对此,应制定专门法律和实施细则,做好宣传工作,提高国民的保护意识和加大市场监管力度等地理标志保护措施。With the scale and scope of international trade constantly expanding, the economic value of geographic indication is increasingly prominent. Meanwhile many countries have strengthened the protection of geographic indications. However, such work is still in the initial stage in China. There is still a lot to be done to enforce the parallel protection mode of geographic indication and fulfill effective and efficient advertisement and supervision. Therefore, we need to formulate special laws and regulations to protect geographic indications, help the public to improve the awareness of geographic indication, and strengthen market supervision.
