摘  要:目的观察植物花粉提取的激素——天丰素对四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病大鼠降血糖作用的影响。方法将大鼠糖尿病模型两批共144只,分为天丰素高剂量组200 mg/kg、中剂量组100 mg/kg、低剂量组50 mg/kg和阴性(生理盐水)对照组、阳性(降糖灵)对照组。用药前测血糖,每天口服一次,连续7 d后再测血糖。实验进行两次。对给药前后血糖浓度差值进行比较。结果天丰素组用药前血糖浓度为19.71 mmol/L^24.10 mmol/L,用药后血糖浓度为9.89 mmol/L^12.70 mmol/L,与降糖灵组用药前血糖浓度为20.92 mmol/L,用药后血糖浓度为8.25 mmol/L相似,具有降低血糖的作用。结论天丰素具有降低糖尿病大鼠血糖浓度的作用,效果类似降糖灵,但未显示出剂量-效应关系,在天丰素高中低剂量组中给药前后的血糖浓度均有显著差异。说明天丰素为0.5 mg/kg剂量时仍有降低血糖的作用且无明显毒副作用。为天丰素应用于临床治疗糖尿病提供了实验理论依据。Objective To observe the effect of brassinolide abstracted from pollen on the levels of blood glucose in diabetes rats. Methods One hundred and forty - four diabetes rats induced by Alloxan were randomly divided into Brassinolide group (treated with Brassinolide at 200, 100, and 50 mg/kg respectively), control group (sodium chloride), and Phenformin group. After oral administration of Brassinolide for consecutive 7 days (once every day), the levels of blood glucose were evaluated on the day 0 and the day 7. This experiment was repeated twice. Results Before administration of Brassinolide, the levels of blood glucose were between 19.71 mmol/L and 24.10 mmol/L, then the levels decreased to the extent between 9.89 mmol/L and 12.70 mmol/L after administration of Brassinolide. The levels of blood glucose in the Phenformin group reduced from 20.92 mmol/L to 8.25 mmol/L after treatment. Both of Brassinolide and Phenformin had the similar effect to lower the blood glucose levels. Conclusion Brassinolide has the similar function of reducing the blood glucose levels as Phenformin, but not in a dose-dependent manner. The levels of blood glucose displayed significant differences after treatment with different dose of Brassinolide. The results indicated that Brassinolide, even at a lower dose, can still reduce the blood glucose levels without toxicity effect. It could provide a new idea for clinical treatment on diabetes.
