摘　　要：伪蒙疆政权建立后,日本为掠夺该地丰富的矿产及农畜产资源,急欲"开发"蒙疆,日本人大量涌入该地。与此同时,中国国内劳动力亦从华北其它地方涌入蒙疆的张家口、大同、宣化、厚和、包头等地,一时间住宅需求剧增。此外,随着工矿业建设规模的扩大及商业活动的发展,商业用房需求扩大,城市基础建设亦提上日程。为此,日本在该地设立了"蒙疆不动产股份有限公司",垄断性专营住宅、商业用房及城市基础建设等工程,以保障掠夺性开发顺利进行。After the establishment of Puppet Mongolian Government, in order to rob the area of its rich mineral, agricultural and husbandry resources, Japan was anxious to ＂develop＂ the Mongolian territory and Japanese people swarmed into this area in large numbers. In the meantime, the domestic labor in China also swarmed into Zhangjiakou, Datong, Xuanhua, Houhe and Baotou from other areas of North China. Therefore, the demand for dwelling houses increased dramatically. In addition, with the expansion of industrial and mineral constructions and the development of commercial activities, the demand for business buildings also increased as a result, and urban infrastructure construction begen to be put onto agenda. Consequently, Japan set up ＂Real Estate Limited Company in the Mongolian Territory＂ and monopolized the construction of dwelling houses, business buildings and urban infrastructures so as to carry out predatory development smoothly.
