摘　　要：目的:探讨经胸和经食道超声心动图在诊断主动脉瓣畸形中的应用价值,方法:对11例主动脉瓣畸形患者进行回顾性分析,总结病变的二维超声特点及血流动力学特征。结果:11例主动脉瓣畸形患者包括先天性主动脉瓣下移1例,二叶瓣畸形9例,四叶瓣畸形1例。结论:超声心动图能无创准确的诊断主动脉瓣畸形。Objective：To investigate the values of transthoracic and transesophageale chocardiography in the diagnosis of aortic valve deformity. Methods： eleven patients with aortic valve deformity were retrospectively analyzed, The two - dimensional characteristics and hemodynamic features of aortic valve deformity were reviewed. Results： There were 11 cases of patients with aortic valve deformity in this group, one case was Downword Displacement of aortic valve, nine cases were bicuspid, one case was quadricuspid. Conclusion： Echocardiography is a useful tool to diagnose aortic valve deformity.
