层次分析法在基金申报中的应用

摘　　要：根据山西省某高校近几年来申报基金项目的真实数据,用层次分析法给出了影响基金项目申报获准数量和获准率的主要原因,通过对对比矩阵求解并作一致性检验,得出合理有效的排序,为提高基金项目申报获准率提供了理论依据。On the basis of the real data on applying for national fund program in recent years from one university in Shan Xi, and by using AHP, this paper presents the main factors affecting the acquisition number and rate of national fund program; and by using Comparison Matrix and Consistency Test, it provides the theoretical basis for increasing the acquisition rate. To increase the acquisition rate of national fund program, first we should focus on improving the level of scientific research; second, we should choose a reasonable subject; third, we should train the innovation consciousness and design advanced and feasible research plan.
