摘 要:采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射等方法对循环流化床锅炉固硫灰(CFB灰)和煤粉锅炉粉煤灰(PC灰)的物理性能、化学成分、矿物组成、活性和水化膨胀性能等方面进行比较研究。结果表明固硫灰的颗粒表面比粉煤灰疏松,需水量约为粉煤灰的2倍;相比PC灰,CFB灰有较高的CaO和SO3含量,且不含莫来石。CFB灰的火山灰活性明显高于PC灰,且具有自硬性,产生的膨胀也高于粉煤灰。The physical properties, chemical composition, mineral composition, activity and hydration expansion properties of the circulating fluidized bed boiler (CFB)ashes and the pulverized coal (PC)ashes were studied by scanning electron microscopy( SEM ), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and other methods. The results show that the CFB ashes widely differ from PC ashes: CFB ashes contain no mullite, with 2 times of water requirement and looser texture than that of PC ashes. Comparely, CFB ashes contain higher CaO and SO3. Both of the pozzolanic activity and the expansion of the CFB ashes are significantly higher than that of the PC ashes. The CFB ashes possess self - hardening property while the PC ashes do not have.
