妇科肿瘤术后胃肠功能障碍的防治

摘　　要：妇科恶性肿瘤患者根治性切除术后,引起的胃肠功能障碍和并发症主要包括:术后肠梗阻、麻痹性肠梗阻、粘连性肠梗阻、应激性溃疡出血、急性胃扩张、便秘、腹泻和细菌易位,文章对此提出了预防和处理的实用措施。Following the major radical resection, the patients with gynecologic malignancy may emerge varicd disorders and complications of gastrointestinal tract, including pnstoperative ileus, paralytic ileus, adhesive ileus, stress ulceration with bleeding, acute gastric dilatation, constipation anti bacterial translocation. A practical review is made fnr prevention and management.
