摘　　要：目的规范输卵管系膜囊肿和卵巢冠囊肿两个疾病诊断编码。方法在实际工作中发现的问题。结果输卵管系膜囊肿和卵巢冠囊肿实际是同一个疾病的这两个不同诊断,在疾病编码中却有两个不同的疾病编码,而且卵巢冠囊肿的疾病编码还属于非医保报销范围内疾病,输卵管系膜囊肿却属于医保报销范畴。结论建议,应尽快统一规范这两个疾病编码,以确保医疗统计数据的可靠性和医保报销的一致性。Objective To standardize the code of the diagnoses of mescsalpinx cyst and parovafium cyst. Method We picked out some difficult codes of diseases in work. Remits Mesosalpinx cyst and Parovarian cyst have been recognized as one disease with two different names. However, we found that they have got two different codes. And Parovarium cyst is not in the category of the Medicare reimbursement, while Mesosalpinx cyst is. Conclusions We recommend that the code of two diseases should be unified and standardized as soon as possible to ensure the reliability of medical statistics and the consistency of medical insurance claims.
