摘  要:根据瞬时故障恢复电压阶段输电线路的状态建立参考模型,在时域中根据本端电气量求取并联电抗器故障相电流,并以计算电流与实测电流之差的模值作为动作量,以电抗器故障相实测电流的模值作为门槛值,进行永久性故障判别。发生瞬时故障,恢复电压阶段的线路状态与建立的模型吻合,电流计算值和实测值相同,动作量小于制动量;发生永久性故障,线路状态与建立的模型不吻合,电流计算值和实测值不同,动作量大于制动量。仿真验证表明,该方法能够准确地区分瞬时故障和永久性故障,能够用于自适应重合闸。A reference model is established according to the states of transmission line during voltage restoration from temporary fault,based on which,the faulty phase current of local shunt reactor is calculated with local electrical variables in time-domain. With the difference between calculated and measured currents as the operating component and the measured current as the threshold,the criterion of permanent fault identification is founded. For a temporary fault,the calculated and measured currents are same because the state of transmission line accords with the established model,the operating component is smallerthan the threshold. For a permanent fault,because the current calculated by the transient model is far away from the measured current,the operating component is larger than the threshold. Simulation results show that the proposed criterion identifies the permanent fault correctly,which can be applied to the adaptive reclose.
