摘 要:针对带并联补偿的超高压输电线路,提出了根据恢复电压阶段并联电抗器中故障相电流的低频分量判别故障性质的方法,并定义了一个能量函数,用于检测低频分量的含量,能在2~4个基波周期内快速识别故障性质。详细分析了并联电抗器中故障相的电流特性,并基于该特性区分永久性和瞬时性故障:永久性故障时,并联电抗器故障相电流只含有基频分量和衰减较慢的直流分量;瞬时性故障时,故障相电流中除基频外还含有低频分量,其幅值接近基频分量。理论分析和EMTP仿真结果表明,该识别方法可以准确区分线路的故障性质,大幅度提高重合闸成功率。For the EHV transmission line with shunt compensator,it is proposed to identify the fault nature by the low frequency components of reactor faulty, phase current during voltage recovery,for which an energy function is defined to detect the magnitude of low frequency components for rapid and accurate identification of fault nature in 2- 4 fundamental cycles. The characteristics of reactor faulty phase current are analyzed in detail. For a permanent fault, it contains only the power- frequency component and decaying DC component;for a transient fault, it contains the power-frequency component and low- frequency component with similar magnitude. Theoretical analysis and EMTP simulation prove that the proposed scheme identifies the fault nature exactly and significantly improves the success rate of reclose.
