清化浊毒方对热盛浊毒型2型糖尿病葡萄糖毒性作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探索清化浊毒方对减轻热盛浊毒型2型糖尿病(T2DM)慢性高血糖毒性及改善胰岛素抵抗(IR)的作用。方法对62例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中医辨证分型属热盛浊毒型采用清化浊毒方治疗。结果两组在治疗前后对空腹血糖(FBG)、胰岛素(INS)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)均有明显下降(P<0.05),胰岛素敏感性指数(IAI)明显提高(P<0.01);而对照组治疗前后上述指标无改变(P>0.05)。两组治疗前后胰岛素抵抗各项参数差值比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论清化浊毒方对减轻热盛浊毒型T2DM慢性高血糖毒性及改善IR较为有用,是一种值得推广的治疗方法。Objective To explore the effects of Qing Hua Zhuo Du prescription （ clearing and eliminating turbid poison prescription） on lessening the toxic effect of chronic hyperglycemia in type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） due to intense heat and turbid poison and improving insulin resistance （IR）. Methods 62 cases of patients with T2DM due to intense heat and turbid poison were treated with Qing Hua Zhuo Du prescription. Results After treatment, fasting blood sugar （FBS）, insulin （INS） and glycosylated hemoglobin （HbA1C） of the two groups all had an obvious decrease （ P 〈0.05）, and insulin action index （IAI） increased obviously （ P 〈0.01 ）; the above- mentioned indicators of the control group had no change before and after the treatment （ P 〉 0.05）. The difference of each IR parameter between the two groups before and after the treatment was significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Qing Hua Zhuo Du prescription is effective on lessening the toxic effect of chronic hyperglycemia in T2DM and improving IR. It is worth of widespread application.
