香莲外洗液在防治高血压脑出血患者泌尿系感染方面的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨选用香莲外洗液予高血压脑出血患者行会阴冲洗的效果。方法将2007年9月～2008年9月收治的80例高血压脑出血留置尿管患者随机分成两组，每组40例。试验组在常规护理的基础上使用香莲外洗液行会阴冲洗，对照组在常规护理的基础上用温水行会阴冲洗，就其两组效果进行观察对比。结果试验组病人会阴部皮肤粘膜发红、皮疹、溃烂的发生率较低，尿液色黄、浑浊、尿急、尿痛等情况明显减少，泌尿系感染发生率明显降低，泌尿系感染时间明显缩短。总有效率达95％，对照组总有效率仅为55％。经x2检验，P〈0．01，两组病例在泌尿系感染的防治上差异有显著性。结论选用香莲外洗液行会阴冲洗在防治高血压脑出血患者泌尿系感染方面效果显著，值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of Xiang Lian lotion to give perineal douche in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 80 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with retained ureter admitted from September, 2007 to September, 2008 were randomized into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The experimental group douched perineum with Xiang Lian lotion in addition to conventional care, and the control group douched perineum with warm water. The effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The incidence of redness, rash or fester on mucous membrane of the experimental group was low, the occurrence of yellow and turbid urine, urgency of u- rination, urodynia, etc. was reduced remarkably, the incidence of urinary infection decreased obviously, and the dura- tion of urinary infection shortened significantly. The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95 %, and that of the control group was 55 %. Examined by X2, P 〈0.01, the difference of the prevention of urinary infection of the two groups was significant. Conclusion Xiang Lian lotion has a remarkable effect on the prevention of urinary infection in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage through perineal douche, and is worth of widespread application.
