摘　　要：变应原特异性舌下免疫治疗（sublingual immunotherapy，SI。IT）是一种经口腔黏膜给药并逐渐达到免疫耐受的特异性免疫治疗方法。SLIT作为一种新的治疗途径，在国外已广泛应用于治疗变应性鼻炎、支气管哮喘。世界卫生组织对SLIT给予充分的肯定，进一步奠定了SLIT在变应性鼻炎、支气管哮喘治疗中的重要地位。现就SLIT的研究进展做以下阐述。Sublingual immunotherapy is a specific immunotherapy which gives the drug through oral mucosa to induce immunity tolerance. As a new therapy, sublingual immunotherapy has been aplied abroad to treat allergic rhinitis and allergic bronchial asthma. The sublingual immunotherapy has been confirmed by WHO. The important position of sublingual immunotherapy was established in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and allergic bronchial asthma. The reeent progress of sublingual immunotherapy will be reviewed as follow.
