摘　　要：信息获取权是一项重要的信息权利,将信息获取权法律化是保障社会公众充分获取社会信息资源的重要条件,信息获取权的立法逐渐引起国内外的重视,国外法律和国际性的立法文件中有不少关于信息获取权的规定,我国宪法以及政府信息公开条例等法律法规也对信息获取权予以确认。The right of access to information is an important right to information. The legislation on the right of access to information is a very important condition to protect the public to get the enough social information resources. It is gaining more and more attention at home and abroad now. Foreign laws and international legal documents prescribe the right of access to information time after time. The laws and regulations of our country such as the Constitution and the Regulation of the People＇s Republic of China on the Disclosure of Government Information also confirm the right of access to information.
