摘  要:目的:观察冠心病患者血浆小而密集低密度脂蛋白(sd-LDLc)水平,探讨sd-LDLc与冠状动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法:按照试验入选标准收集我院近年门诊或住院患者131例。其中,隐匿型57例,心绞痛型46例,心肌梗死型28例。应用美国贝克曼公司CX5全自动生化分析仪检测血浆sd-LDLc水平,观察各组间的sd-LDLc数值变化,结果进行相关统计学方法分析,了解sd-LDLc对冠心病的影响及临床意义。结果:sd-LDLc与冠状动脉粥样硬化的病变程度成正相关,(p<0.01)。结论:血浆sd-LDLc与冠状动脉粥样硬化有密切联系,对于预测冠心病的严重程度有一定的临床意义。Objective: To investigate the plasma level of small dense low-density lipoproteins (sd-LDL) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and to explore roles of sd-LDL in CHD. Methods: We examined 131 patients with CHD in our clinic service and ad- mitring department according to the standard of research to be selected, including 57 cases of delitescence CHD, 46 cases of angina pec- toffs and 28 cases of myocardial infarction. The plasma level of sd-LDL was determined by automatic biochemistry analysator. All data were presented as the Mean _+ SEM. Statistical calculations were performed on a personal computer using SPSS 10.0. Results: The plas- ma level of sd-LDL were positive ratio with the severity of CHD. Conclusion: Plasma level of sd-LDL was correlated with CHD and severity of CHD. The sd-LDL abnormality was important risk factor of CHD.
