摘  要:目的:建立肌肽滴眼液中L-肌肽的含量测定的HPLC方法。方法:采用Kromasil NH2色谱柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-40mmol·L^-1酸氢二钾溶液(44:56,磷酸调pH6.3),流速1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为210nm,柱温为35℃。结果:肌肽在9.93-99.3μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好(-0.9998),平均回收率为99.8%(RSD=1.0%,n=9),滴眼液中含L-肌肽的标示百分含量为97.0%-102.0%。结论:该方法操作简便、重复性好、专属性强,可用作肌肽滴眼液中L-肌肽的质量控制。Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of L-camosine and its related substances in carnosine eye drops. Methods: The separation was performed on a Kromasil NH2 column (200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-40 mmol. L-1 dibasic potassium phosphate, (44:56,adjusted pH to 6.3 with Phosphoric acid).The flow rate was 1.0 mL- min-t. Ultraviolet absorption detector was set at 210 nm and column temperature at 35 ℃. Results: The linear range of L-camosine was between 9.93 and 99.3μg·mL-1 (r = 0.9998). The average recovery was 99.8 % with RSD was 1.0 %. The Labeled Content (%) of L-carnosine in carnosine eye drops was between 97.0% and 102.0%. The related substances of L-camosine eye drops can be completely separated from L-camosine. Conclusions: A reproducible and specific method is provided for the quality control of carnosine eye drops.
