摘　　要：随着全球经济的飞速发展,全球生态环境安全已经成为人们日常关切的问题,在这样的前提下,水安全已成为生态安全方面一个重要的核心问题。从水量、水质、水灾害和水工程安全4个方面分析了青海省水安全现状,提出青海省水安全分区战略,分析了可以保障青海省水安全问题的解决对策。With the global rapid economic development, the global environment security has become a hot issue in our daily life. At the same time, water security has become an important core problem of environment security. Current situation of water security in Qinghai province is analyzed from the four aspects of water quantity, water quality, water disaster and water engineering in this paper. The zoning strategy of water security is proposed, too. Finally, the countermeasures for resolving the issues of water security in Qinghai province are discussed.
